Meet Our Founder: Shardae Hepburn

My name is Shardae Hepburn, founder of Achieve Milestones Childcare LLC. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, I bring a deep passion for early childhood education, backed by my academic journey and years of hands-on experience. At Achieve Milestones, I focus on creating a nurturing, play-based environment that supports every child’s growth—socially, emotionally, and intellectually. My goal is to help children build confidence, independence, and a love for learning from the very start.

At Achieve Milestones Childcare, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home-based environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow through hands-on experiences and meaningful relationships.

Our vision is to foster a lifelong love of learning in every child by supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. We are committed to partnering with families and the community to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.

Our Services

We offer a variety of programs tailored to meet the needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, helping them achieve their milestones with confidence.

Healthy meals, snacks, and enrichment activities are provided.

We’re excited you’re considering Achieve Milestones Childcare LLC for your child’s early education journey! We welcome children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. The program is open all year round. Monday thru Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. To enroll your child, the following documents are required:

• Complete the Enrollment Forms
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Pay Registration Fee.

Q: What ages do you accept?

A: We care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, as well as school-age children for before and after care.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Q: Do you offer part-time or drop-in care?

A: We offer full-time and part-time care. Drop-in care may be available based on space—please call to inquire.

Q: What is the enrollment process?

A: To enroll, you’ll need to complete our registration packet, submit up-to-date immunization records, and pay a registration fee. Once these are received, we’ll schedule a welcome visit.

Q: Do you accept Care4Kids or other childcare subsidies?

A: Yes, we accept Care4Kids. Please contact us for assistance with the application process.
